| Before registering on the Internet, you should carefully review the
2007–2008 CEOE Registration Bulletin,
which contains important instructions, rules, policies, and other terms and conditions that apply to your
registration and the test administration. |

Reminder: Possession or
use of cell phones, pagers, and all other communication devices is
strictly prohibited in the testing facility and may result
in the voiding of your scores. |

Alternative Testing Arrangements. Registering on the Internet will complete your registration
without accommodation. If you wish to request alternative testing arrangements for this administration, you must
submit a completed Alternative Testing Arrangements Request Form and any required documentation by mail or fax.

in the current registration bulletin for important information about requesting alternative testing arrangements,
including related deadlines.
